Refund Policy

 

We offer a 14 day (from when shipment was received) money back guarantee on all YaKitten products.  

If you receive a defective items or are not happy with our products for any reason, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them by contacting us. If we can't resolve your issue we will give you a full refund.

YaKitten Fountains are also covered by a 6 month manufacturer's warranty.

RETURN SHIPPING

The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Refunds can take up to 5 days to process depending on the payment method used.

 

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order.  Please remember to include the order number and note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
